Elizabeth is a strong delivery professional who started her career as a software engineer but quickly moved into delivery as she discovered that this is where she could add the most value. She has held a variety of roles in her career to date, from Scrum Master to Delivery Lead for a programme of around 120 people.

Elizabeth is passionate about equal opportunities in tech and encouraging more people to consider a career in STEM.

Mel has over two decades of experience working on UK Government software projects, including Critical National Infrastructure, National Security and Defence programmes. Initially starting as a Software Developer, Mel moved on to technical leadership and eventually into an account management role.

Mel trusts in leading by example as well as close customer collaboration. By looking after our teams and listening to our customers, Mel believes that business targets and growth look after themselves.

Alasdair is a driven Software and DevOps Consultant, who has been instrumental in the development of flagship software systems for world-leading products over two decades. He has used an extensive array of software languages on a range of platforms and domains and led high-performing delivery teams. What gets him out of bed in the morning is his drive to help people, solve problems and leave things in a better state to how he found them.

Jez co-founded and was COO of Purple Secure Systems which provided Software and Systems Engineering consultancy to Government and National Security customers. He successfully exited after Purple Secure Systems was acquired in March 2016. As well as understanding complex, high-value, engineering programmes and their delivery, Jez has experience in starting, managing and growing organisations - specifically the corporate governance, finance, commercial and operational aspects.
